Become part of a newly formed mobile wood-fired pizza business serving events throughout the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Setting up and breaking down the mobile pizza operation
• Food preparation in the commissary kitchen
• Kitchen cleaning and maintenance
• Dough preparation and pizza making
• Taking customer orders and providing excellent customer service
• Assisting with event logistics

Desired Skills and Experience

• Professional pizza-making experience (Neapolitan style preferred)
• General professional kitchen knowledge
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure
• Excellent communication skills
• A creative approach to food and menu development
• Valid driver's licence
• Experience towing trailers is a plus
• Ability to both give and receive instruction
• Willingness to relocate and live on site is an advantage

Bringing experience and knowledge for gourmet mushroom cultivation, and assisting in the development of a small-scale mushroom farm operation

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing and pasteurizing substrate
• Preparing Grain spawn
• Assisting with inoculation, cultivation, harvesting, and processing
• Packing and preparing mushrooms for sale
• Helping with deliveries to restaurants, markets, and customers
• Assisting with farmers' markets and sales
• General farm and infrastructure tasks as needed

Desired Skills and Experience

• Interest in fungi, food production, or sustainable agriculture
• Previous cultivation or farming experience is helpful but not essential
• Attention to detail and good hygiene practices
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual work
• Interest in mushroom biology and sustainable growing techniques
• Valid driver's licence
