With the aim of tailoring your pizza., we provide an assortment of extra ingredients to enhance your pizza, such as mushrooms, caramelized onions, spinach, peppers, and fresh garlic. These ingredients are not simply added raw; rather, they are carefully prepared in our commissary kitchen with dedication and care. Our mushrooms feature a blend of dry porcinis and a mix of fresh mushrooms, sautéed, then deglazed with port wine, culminating in a final flourish of truffle oil. Caramelized onions are finely sliced (yes, with a tear or two!) and expertly sautéed with the precise touch of sugar that imparts their delightful texture and flavor. Tender spinach is gently wilted in extra virgin olive oil and subtly brightened with a gentle squeeze of lemon, amplifying the inherent freshness of this nutrient-rich vegetable.
